Length & Frequency

  • Length = Practice time per day.
  • Frequency = How many practice days per week.
1.  Determine together with your teacher according to age & goals 
     >> example: a 5 year old may only need 10-15min/day
2.  The Overall Goal should be for them to enjoy/love it, not hate it

A Simple Plan for Daily Success

1.  FIRST... Break the Ice: do Something Fun!
2.  WORK: Somethings(s) you need to work on
3.  FUN: Something you ENJOY!
4.  WORK: Something(s) you need to work on
5.  FUN: Something you ENJOY!
      (Keep Alternating until you're done with your time!)
LAST... ALWAYS finish with your favorite thing from that day!
