After graduating High School in Andrews, Texas, Tommy moved to Lubbock, Texas where he became a Texas Tech Red Raider. where he played in the Goin' Band (Red Raider marching band) and completed his Bachelor's in Music Education.
Today, he resides in Hurst, Texas with his lovely wife of 22 years, Jennifer, and their two beautiful daughters, Anabelle and Gracie. Tommy teaches full time at Handley Middle School in Ft. Worth ISD as the band director and technologies coordinator. In his off time, Tommy also serves as the sound and tech coordinator at his home church, Wellspring.
Mr, Neher holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Music Education from Texas Tech University

and a Master's in Information Systems Management (2009) from Keller Graduate School of Management.
